摘要
目的分析咽部隐球菌感染误诊的原因,增强对此类疾病的认识。方法报道1例咽部隐球菌感染病例,结合文献复习,对其误诊原因进行分析。结果因隐球菌感染而至咽部破坏性病理损伤较易被误诊为恶性肉芽肿,误诊原因主要为临床医师对咽部隐球菌感染的认识不足及咽部恶性肉芽肿疾病的特殊性。结论咽部隐球菌感染的局部表现与咽部恶性肉芽肿相似,临床医师应提高对该病的认识,在作出咽部恶性肉芽肿诊断前,有必要首先排除咽部隐球菌感染的可能,以保证及时诊断和正确治疗。
Objective To enhance the understanding of pharyngeal cryptococcus infection and to decrease the misdiagnosis. Methods The clinical data of 1 patient suffering from pharyngeal cryptococcus infection were reported, and the causes of misdiagnosis were analysed based on the literature review. Results Pharyngeal cryptococcus infection could probably be misdiagnosed as malignant granuloma in pharynx. The main causes of misdiagnosis included the lack of awareness of pharyngeal cryptococcus infection and peculiarity of diagnosis of malignant granuloma in pharynx. Conclusion The local signs of pharyngeal cryptococcus infection are similar to those of malignant granuloma in pharynx. The awareness of these diseases should be enhanced so as to make correct diagnosis, differential diagnosis and treatment.
