古汉养生精对运动小鼠血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶和运动时间的影响 被引量:10

摘要 目的:观察以补肾益脾为治则的古汉养生精对力竭运动小鼠血乳酸、乳酸脱氢酶和运动时间的影响,以及对抗运动性疲劳的作用。方法:实验于2004-04/05在湛江师范学院中心实验室和体育系实验室完成。①4周龄昆明种健康小鼠30只,雌雄各半,体质量(32.80±2.42)g,按完全随机数字方法分为对照组,运动组,古汉养生精组,每组10只。古汉养生精片(购自清华紫光古汉生物制药有限公司,国药准字Z10970128,由淫羊藿、黄精、黄芪、枸杞等组成,含生药2g/片),蒸馏水溶解稀释成10%溶液。②运动组和古汉养生精组每天进行游泳1次,6d/周,共4周,第1周每天游泳1h,第2周每天游泳1.5h,第3,4周每天游泳2h。③古汉养生精组每天按3g/kg体质量的古汉养生精灌胃,运动组以等体积生理盐水灌胃,对照组不作任何处理。④4周后记录小鼠游泳力竭时间和血乳酸含量、血浆乳酸脱氢酶活性、超氧化物歧化酶活性和丙二醛含量。结果:①小鼠游泳力竭时间:运动组小鼠游泳力竭时间显著短于古汉养生精组眼(347.69±61.66),(438.68±62.86)min,P<0.01演。②血乳酸含量、乳酸脱氢酶活性、丙二醛含量:运动组显著高于古汉养生精组(926.81±84.20)比(659.45±73.35)mmol/L,P<0.01;(194.215±5.727)比(162.179±7.400)μkat/L,P<0.05;(15.46±0.46)比(9.04±0.93)μmol/L,P<0.01演。③血浆超氧化物歧化酶活性:运动组显著低于古汉养生精组眼(1.480±0.268),(2.276±0.273)μkat/L,P<0.01演。结论:服用古汉养生精可以延长小鼠力竭运动时间,减轻运动性疲劳的产生和自由基介导的脂质过氧化反应。 AIM: To observe the effects of ancient han health-keeping (AHHK) extract on blood lactate (La), lactate dehydrogenate (LDH) and movement time of exhaustive exercise mice, and study the anti-fatigue effects of AHHK. METHODS: The experiment was conducted at the Central Laboratory and Laboratory of Physical Education Department, Zhanjiang Normal University from April to May in 2004. ①Thirty Kunming mice of 4 weeks old and (32.80±2.42) g without gender limitation were divided randomly into three groups, namely control group, training group and AHHK group, with 10 mice in each. AHHK extract (purchased from Tsinghua Unisplendour Guhan Bio-pharmaceutical Corporation Ltd., No.Z10970128, consisting of Herba Epimedii, siberian solomonseal rhizome, mongolian milkvetch root and medlar, etc., 2 g crude drug for a tablet) was diluted into 10% solution by distilled water. ②The swimming training was performed in the mice of training group and AHHK group, once daily, 6 days a week for total 4 weeks, and 1 hour in the first week, 1.5 hours in the second week and 2 hours in the third and fourth weeks. ③Everyday the mice of AHHK group and training group were injected intragastrically with 3 g/kg AHHK extract and equal saline respectively, while the control mice received no management.④After four weeks, the mice's exhaustive swimming time, La content, blood plasma LDH activity, super oxide dismutase (SOD) activity and malondialdehyde (MDA) content were determined after exhaustive swimming. RESULTS: ①The exhaustive swimming time of mice: The time of AHHK group was significantly longer than that of training group [(347.69±61.66), (438.68±62.86) minutes, P 〈 0.01].②The La content, LDH activity and MDA content: They were all increased significantly in training group, compared with AHHK group [(962.81±84.20) mmoL/L, (659.45±73.35) mmol/L, P 〈 0.01; (194.215±5.272) μkat/L, (162.179±7.400) μkat/L, P 〈 0.05; (15.46±0.46) μmol/L, (9.04±0.93) μmol/L, P 〈 0.01],③Blood plasma SOD activity of training group was significantly lower than those of AHHK group [(1.480±0.268), (2.276±0.273) μkat/L, P 〈 0.01 ]. CONCLUSION: AHHK extract administration can prolong the exhaustive exercise time of the moving mice, and reduce the appearance of sports fatigue as well as lipid peroxidation mediated by free radicals.
