介绍强流脉冲电子束在材料表面改性方面的应用范围、试验条件和一些试验结果。分析了对材料的作用过程，给出几个具体应用例子。
This article describes contents as follows:the applied range of the election beam of powerful pulses in changing surface function of the material; the test conditions and some results; the process of action on the material; several applied patterns in machinery manufacturing.
