介绍了某化肥厂碳黑洗涤塔因在升温过程中发生内部爆炸致使严重损伤所进行的处理过程。按当时对修复后仍带有超标缺陷的塔体的评估结论(该塔在操作工况下运行一个周期是安全的),在严格执行安全运行措施的条件下,该塔至今已安全运行了10 a。该塔内部爆炸事故的处理经验为今后压力容器的内爆和超压事故的处理提供了宝贵的可借鉴数据、经验和方法。
A serious accident happened during temperature rising process in the carbon black scrubber in a chemical fertilizer plant, the accident handling and safety assessment were introduced. The safety assessment concluded after a safe working period that the vessel still had de- fects exceeding code specification after repairing. This vessel has already safety operated for ten years since the accident under strict safe operation guidance. It provides valuable experience, data and method for pressure vessel over pressure and explosion accidents handling.
