摘要
本文用红外光谱和紫外光谱研究了近年培育成功的白色柞蚕茧层,发现该白茧与传统黄褐色柞蚕茧层丝蛋白一级结构的主体相同,白茧还残留着少量的龙胆酸与丝蛋白的交联物,交联物的残留量越少其白度越好,其中有一种白度最好,几乎与白色桑蚕茧层没有差异。
In this paper we have studied the white antheraea pernyi silkworm cocoon (recently breeded new variety) by IR and UV. The results indicated that the main body of first grade structure of silk protein in this white cocoon is the same as one in the traditional tawny antheraea pernyi silkworm cocoon and there is survived a small quantity of cross-linked polymer of gentisic acid and silk protein in this white cocoon. The less the survival of the polymer, the best whiter the colour of the cocoon. Among the white antheraea pernyi silkworm cocoon samples, the sample No 2 has most white colour which is similar to the colour of white bombyx mori silkworm cocoon.
