摘要 在射频天线中,表面波驱动等离子体柱体可以取代金属作为天线的导向介质,因此可以用充入低压惰性气体的玻璃管作为天线元来构成等离子体天线。本文设计了一种实验方案,用高频表面波放电来激发等离子体,并分析了等离子体天线元的基本特性。 In radiofrequency antennas, the surface wave driven plasma column can replace metal as the guiding medium, so we can use glass tubes filled with low-pressure inert gas to construct a plasma antenna. In this paper, we devise an experiment, using HF surface wave discharge to excite plasma, to analyze basic characteristics of plasma antenna elements.
