摘要
采用添加剂湿法制备了掺入不同Ce含量的Cex(CoFe)3-xO4铁氧体。对产物的物相、形貌、磁性能研究表明,所得产物均为单一的尖晶石结构,一般情况下呈颗粒状,矫顽力随溶液中Ce4+浓度的增加而增加。当溶液中含有Ce3+和Ce(OH)4时,产物显示有部分棒状晶体,矫顽力有明显提高,且当[Ce3+]占([Ce3+]+[Ce4+])总量的5%左右时所得产物矫顽力最大。
Cex(CoFe)3-xO4 ferrites with different contents of Ce have been prepared by hydrochemical method.The phases,morphologies and magnetic properties of the products were studied.It has been found that the products were a single phase with spinel structure and consisted of granular particles in most cases.The coercive force of the products increased with the increase of concentration of Ce4+ in the reaction solution.On the other hand,when Ce3+ and Ce(OH)4presented in the reaction solution,some rod-shape crystals in the products were observed,which causes a great increase in coercive force,and the optimum value was obtained when [Ce3+] was about 5% of the total([Ce3+]+[Ce4+]).
