摘要
本文以m-甲酚为代表性酚类,Ba(2+)离子为沉淀剂首次采用沉淀法对酚类的回收过程进行了系统研究。获得了混合一元酚类回收过程的数学方程。结果表明,酚类沉淀率(PercentageofPrecipitationofPhenols)是沉淀平衡后的pH值、Ba(2+)离子浓度以及酚类原始浓度的函数。该方程与实验结果验证得极好,为进一步研究和认识离子沉淀法回收酚类过程以及指导工程设计提供计算方法和理论依据。该法对MRF(MultistageRotaryFurnace)低温热解焦油170~210℃馏分中酚类回收率可高达90%,对焦化含酚废水的脱酚率>95%。
Recovery of phenols by precipitation method using Ba2+ as a precipitant and m -cresol as a typical phenolic compound was systematically studied in this paper for the first time. A mathematical equation of showing the recoverin process for a mixed mono-phenols was established. It is shown that PPP(Percentage of Precipitation of Phenols) was determined by pH value and Ba2+ concentration at precipitation equilibrium as well as the original concentration of phenols. The theoretic values of PPP calculated from the model coincided well with the experimental results, A calculation method and theoretic basis for the engineering design of recovery of phenols is suggested using the proposed method, percentage of recovery of phenols for a distilled fraction(170~210℃)of MRF coal tar could reach 90% and percentage of dephenolizing could be more than 95%for different coking wastewater containing phenols, This study exploits a new route for recovering phenolic compounds from coal tar and wastewater containing phenols.
