摘要 在Mn-Mo催化剂存在下用HNO_3氧化对风化煤进行了化学降解研究。考察了降解条件,氧化产物收率及组成性质。结果表明,与原煤相比,氧解产物中极性功能团大量增加,极性溶剂中抽提率显著提高。灵石风化煤水不溶酸(WI)在乙二醇,DMF及PEG-200中抽出率分别由0.92%,0.93%和1.31%提高到54.5%,87.9%和76.6%;水溶酸(WS)在乙二醇和PEG-200中抽出率达100%。IR、紫外、可见光谱、E4/E6及透析试验显示水溶酸的分子量和芳香缩合度要比从晋城风化煤中用H2SO4提取的FA分子量小,芳香缩合度低。这一结果为进一步研究其实际应用提供了依据。 The depolymerization of weathered coals by HNO3 with Mn-Mo catalyst was studied.The uariation of component and property fo oxidation product and its yield with reaction conditions has been examined.The results show that both extraction yield of depolymerized products in different solvent and their active functional groups increase greatly after depolymerization. The extraction yield of water insoluble acid (WI)from Lingshi weathered coal in glycol,DMF and polyethylene glycol-200 increase from 0.92% to 54.5% ,0.93% to 87.4% and 1. 31% to 76.6% respectivly.The extraction yield of water soluble acid (WS) in glycol and polyethylene glycol-200 inorease to 100%.Data of IR,UV and visible spectra,E4/E6 and membrane permeation determinations show that the molecular weight and condonsation of aromatic ring of water soluble acid are lower than the fulvic acid from Jingcheng weathered coal.This reserach provides the basis for further application of Wl and WS from weathered coal.
