摘要
双师素质师资队伍建设是高职院校生存和发展的基础,事关高职院校发展的前途和命运。文章对高职院校双师素质教师内涵进行了梳理,并就此概念给出了自己的理解,初步探讨了高职双师教师培训的几种模式。
Construction of teachers team with double qualified certification plays an important role in thedevelopment of vocational college, which is its existing and developing base. The connotation of teacher with double qualified certification is unscrambled in this paper with my own understanding, and the training modes of teacher with double qualified certification are explored in some extent.
