摘要
本文是对行业协会自治与国家干预互动关系的经济法分析。本文首先论述了行业协会经济自治的正当性,然后对国家干预对行业协会自治的作用进行了分析,最后简要回答了在经济法主体中确立行业协会地位的意义和价值。
the article is about coordinate between the rule of trade of association and intervention of state . firstly the article discuss the rationality of autonomy of trade association , then analysis the effect of which state intervene the autonomy of trade association , on the basis of this , the author discuss why we should define trade association as subject of economic law .
