工作家庭冲突的组织支持策略研究综述 被引量:15

摘要 组织支持策略对缓解工作家庭冲突有重要作用。文章分别从营造组织文化、提供灵活工作时间和地点、提供受抚养者援助福利和鼓励上级支持员工工作家庭平衡四个方面对其进行了综述。
