摘要
以民营企业财务人员为研究样本,应用关键事件访谈法找出驱动绩效的胜任特征,通过工作才能需求问卷调查各胜任特征的重要性程度,根据排序频次结果和重要程度得分得出会计、主办会计和财务经理三类典型财务人员任特征模型。三类人员的胜任特征包括基本素质、基本能力和专业知识技能三大维度和12、21和21个子维度。
Based on the samples of financial staff in private enterprises, the competencies of motivantion performance were found out by behavioral event interview. The importance of all competencies was surveyed afterwatds. According to the rank of each item, the competeneies models of three typical financial staff, namely, accountant,ehief accountant and financial manager were found out. The three models include 3 broad dimensions: basieal quality, basical ability and professional knowledge and skill, as well as 12,21,21 items respectively.
