摘要
在现代城市里，传统的邻里关系受到前所未有的挑战，淡薄和冷漠充满了日常生活的各个角落，而作为小区设计重要组成部分的组团设计必须承担起改变这种现状的责任，功能完善的住宅组团对建立和优化人们的邻里关系起着至关重要的作用。
In modern cities, traditional neighborhood relations are being subjected to unprecedented challenges, with indifference and impassibility soaked into every corners of our daily life. Being a major part of the design of communities, the design of residential groups shoulder the responsibility in changing this current condition, and a well-functioned residential group plays a vital role in establishing and improving neighborhood relations.
