摘要
引导社会阶层结构动态发展,建构橄榄型社会结构,协调社会各阶层之间的利益关系,平衡各阶层之间的矛盾,对促进社会经济的协调稳定和快速发展,建设社会主义和谐社会,具有基础性作用。
The author suggests that the structure of social classes should be brought into dynamic development and the benefits and conflicts among different classes should be kept in balance, and thus the olivary structure of society can be constructed, which would be a fundamental basis for stimulating a steady and harmonious development of social economy and building a harmonious （socialist） society.
