摘要
研制了一种能够实现动目标图象分割、识别与跟踪的简易计算机视觉系统。实验结果与分析表明：该系统在图象分割实时性、动目标跟踪精确性、抗干扰性及快速灵活性等方面颇具特色。
A simple and low-cost computer vision system is developed, with which a series offunctions may be performed-motion image segmentation, scene recognition and target tracing.The research experiments for the system are carried out.The experiment results show that thesystem features real-time segmenting, accurate tracing, anti-disturbing, quickness and flexibility.
