摘要
目的探讨下胫腓分离并内(外)踝骨折的手术时机选择和不同的手术方法。方法36例患者均采取手术治疗,根据骨折的部位,我们采用:①单纯螺丝钉固定下胫腓分离;②用克氏针、钢丝行张力带固定下胫腓分离合并内踝骨折;③下胫腓分离合并外踝骨折,采用1/3管型钢板固定外踝及下胫腓联合。结果采用Mazur踝关节症状与功能评定方法,优32例,关节活动正常;良2例;差2例。结论根据具体伤情,选择合适的时机和不同的手术方法治疗下胫腓分离并内(外)踝骨折,取得了满意的临床效果。
Objective To explore the operative time and methods of separation of inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis accompanied by the fracture of lateral or medial ankle. Methods 36 cases of the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis accompanied by the fracture of lateral or medial ankle treated operatively. Screw, Kirschner wire ,Steel- wire or plate was used, according to the type and condition of fracture. Results Accoding to the ankle functional assessment of Mazur, 32 cases were excellent, 2 cases were good and the other2 cases were bad. Conclusion Different operative techniques are needed at suitable time according to the traumatic condition in the treatment of the inferior tibiofibular syndesmosis accompanied by the fracture of lateral or medial.
