摘要
目的测量并确定胃左淋巴结的区域范围。方法对124例食管癌或贲门癌患者手术时在胃左动脉根部放置银夹。模拟机下采取放疗体位于0°及90°机架摄片,测量胃左淋巴结的上下界、正位左右界、侧位前后界。应用SAS 8.02软件计算分析其分布,并且寻找包及不同百分频率患者的胃左区域的最小面积各边界的数据。结果通过Shapiro-Wilk、Kolmogorov-Smirnov、Cramer-von Mises、Anderson-Darling四种方法检验,总体在各边界有正态分布的可能性,男女在胃左淋巴结的分布趋势上是一致的,尽管具体数据有所差别。皮尔逊分析显示胃左淋巴结的边界与身高、体重、椎体的宽高无相关性。通过计算获得了相应的包及100%、95%、90%、85%的患者的胃左区域的各边界的数据。结论要完全证实胃左区域的正态分布尚需扩大病例数。目前条件下,胃左淋巴结的定位可参考结果中的数据。
Objective To measure and define the distribution of left gastric lymph nodes. Meth- ods From Jan. 2004 to Apr. 2005,silver clips were set around the root of the left gastric artery in 124 patients with esophageal and gastric cardia carcinoma, X-ray films at 0° and 90° simulator gantry in the radiotherapeutic position were taken. Then, the data of the superior ,lower,left, right, anterior and posterior border in each patient was recorded. With SAS 8.02 software, data of minimum area which covered the left gastric lymph node in different incidences were obtained. Results According to the analysis of Shapiro- Wilk, Kolmogorov-Smirnov, Cramer-von Mises and Anderson-Darling tests, each border was of normal distribution, with equal frequency in the male and female, despite the actual results in different genders. Pearson Correlation Coefficients analysis did not suggest a significant relationship between the border and height, weight and size of vertebrae, which formed the minimum area covering the left gastric area at frequency of 100% ,95% ,90% and 85%, which were drawn out through the calculation. Conclusions Aiming at completely identifying the normal distribution of the left gastric lymph node, more patients are required to be in the peol. For the time being, location in the left gastric area can be obtained from details of the results in the present study.
