非小细胞肺癌的三维适形放疗的临床实施 被引量：9

摘要 随着计算机技术和医学影像技术进步，肿瘤放疗技术从二维常规放疗进入了三维适形放疗（3DCRT）时代。3DCRT是一种治疗技术，使得高剂量区剂量分布形状在三维方向上与病变（靶区）形状一致。相对于传统放疗其准确性明显提高，可使肿瘤组织得到更高剂量，同时能够更好地保护周围正常组织，提高了治疗比。在临床应用越来越广泛，特别是非小细胞肺癌中替代常规放疗已成为趋势。3DCRT是一种高精度放疗，其实施过程需要有严格的流程和规范。笔者现将3DCRT在肺癌放疗实施流程及每一步骤基本要求进行讨论。
