摘要 目的:探索免疫组化方法在诊断曲霉菌性鼻窦炎中的应用,观察该方法的敏感性和特异性。方法:采用Envision免疫组织化学二步法对怀疑曲霉菌性鼻窦炎的标本和对照标本染色,并与真菌学检查和HE、PAS染色进行对比。结果:40例中真菌培养19例为曲霉,4例污染菌,常规HE和PAS染色均可见菌丝或孢子,但不能确定种属,免疫组化染色耗时5~24h,示40例阳性,染色背景清晰,对比度强。4例对照标本免疫组化染色阴性。结论:此方法可敏感、特异地检出组织中的曲霉菌,为利用免疫组化方法诊断曲霉菌性鼻窦炎提供了实验依据,有助于临床诊断和研究。 Objective: To observe the value of an immunohistochemical staining technique for the detection of the nasal aspergillus infection. Methods: Using the microwave Envision, wo- step immunohistochemical staining technique to detect the nasal aspergillus infection, contrasting with HE/PAS staining and fungal cultures, in order to observe its sensitivity and specificity. Results: Fungal cultures revealed that nineteen samples were Aspergillus, four are contaminant fungi. HE and PAS staining showed hyphae or spores but couldn't confirm their genus or species. Immunohistochemistry staining showed that 40 samples were positive. The fungi were quite clearly stained and cont- rasted sharply with the background, The four control samples demonstrated negative. Conclusion: The result reveals this technique for examining mycotic nasosinusitis is an easy, quick method with high sensitivity, specificity and offers an experimental basis for diagnosing the nasal aspergiUus infection.
