摘要
目的评价国产与进口氟西汀的临床疗效、安全性。方法将选择本院门诊、住院抑郁症患者60例,随机分为国产氟西汀组30例和进口氟西汀组30例,分别口服国产及进口氟西汀20mg·d-1,疗程6wk。结果国产组痊愈率为70%,有效率为86·6%,进口组痊愈率为66·7%,有效率90%,2组疗效差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。国产组和进口组不良反应发生率分别是26·6%和23·3%,2组的不良反应轻微。常见不良反应有:失眠和焦虑、头痛、厌食等。结论国产与进口氟西汀的抗抑郁作用疗效相当。
AIM To evaluate the efficacy and safety of domestic and imported fluoxetine in the treatment of depression. METHODS Sixty patients with depression were divided into domestic group[M 14,F 16,age （42.3 ± 12.7）a] and imported group [M 15,F 15,age （43.3 ± 13.7）a]by a randomized, controlled group design.The domestic and imported group were treated with domestic and the imported fluoxetine 20 nag· d^-1 for 6 wk respectively. RESULTS The cure rates and effective rates of domestic and imported group were 70% and 86.6%, 66.7% and 90% respectively （ P 〉 0.05）. No severe adverse drug reactions were found. The adverse drug reactions rates in the domestic and imported were 26.6 % and 23.3 % respectively. The frequent adverse drug reactions were insomnia, anxiety, headache and nausea. There was no significant difference between 2 groups （ P 〉 0.05）. CONCLUSION Domestic fluoxetine is as effective and safe as imported one in treatment of depression, the tolerance and compliance are good.
