血小板膜糖蛋白受体基因多态性在缺血性心脑血管病中的作用
Role of kozak polymorphisms of platelet membrane glycoprotein receptor in ischemic cardial and cerebral vascular disorders
摘要
心、脑血管病的许多危险因素已被确定。如吸烟、高血压、高血脂、高血糖等，控制这些危险因素可以降低其发病率。在所有心、脑血管病发病因素中只有2／3可以归为可控制的危险因素．其它的遗传变异如血小板和凝血因子的多态性可从几个方面决定卒中的其它因素。目前临床所应用的抗血小板药物对于防止冠状动脉和脑血管血栓形成只是部分有效。因此。研究在动脉血液流动的情况下由血小板参与的动脉血栓形成的机制是非常必要的。
