大鼠心脏损伤模型上缺血预处理保护作用的研究

摘要 在大鼠异丙基肾上腺素(isoprenaline,ISO)损伤模型上,观察缺血预处理(ischemic preconclitioning,IPC)对心脏的保护作用.与单纯缺血再灌注(ischemic reperfusion,I/R)损伤组比较,IPC能减轻I/R引起的冠脉流量降低,减少心肌组织蛋白、乳酸脱氢酶(LDH)及组织蛋白酶D(CD)的漏出,抑制MDA形成与Ca^(2+)聚集,其保护程度与IPC对正常心脏I/R损伤的保护程度相近.表明IPC对ISO损伤心脏仍有保护,提示IPC的心脏保护作用对已有缺血损伤的心脏仍然存在. On the model of isoprenaline (ISO)-perinjured rat heart, the protctive effect of ischemic preconditioning (IPC) on ischemia reperfusion (I/R) damage was observed.It was found that compared with alone I/R group,IPC ameliorated I/R-induced reduced reduction of coronary blood flow (CBF) (8. 8 + 0. 6 vs 6. 6 + 0. 4mL/min,P<0. 01) ,lowed the leakage of protein,LDH,and CD from myocytes,inhited MDA formation and Ca accumulation in tissue,the results showed that there was IPC protective effect on I/R damagein Iso-preinjured heart,suggesting the heart with pre- ischemia- damaged has stili IPC cardio-pretctive phenomena.
