摘要
观察血管紧张素转换梅Captopril在没有外源性血管紧张素Ⅱ(A-Ⅱ)存在的条件下,对离体孵育的豚鼠和狗的肾上腺皮质醇释放量的影响。实验表明,Captoptil抑制皮质醇的释放量(P<0.05)。结果提示:肾上腺内可能有肾素血管紧张素系统(RAS)存在,并且通过自分泌或旁分泌的方式调节肾上腺皮质醇的分泌。
In the part of our work, it was observed that captopril reduced cortisol secretion from isolated incubated guinea pig’s and dog’s adrenal tissues or cells ( P <0 05).The results suggested that tissue adrenal RAS regulating cortisol secretion by way of autocrine or paracrine has important physiological significance.
