摘要
基于2,3-二氨基萘(DAN)试剂对Se(Ⅳ)的选择性测定,比较了APDC-CHCl_3萃取法、直接分析法和加标法分析保健品中Se(Ⅳ)的差异,从而建立了加标法测定保健品中Se(Ⅳ)的方法。硝酸—高氯酸—硫酸体系将硒蛋白中以负二价形式存在的硒氧化到四价后测定总硒。
Based on the selected determination of Se(Ⅳ)by 2,3-diaminonaphthalene(DAN),through comparison of the difference among the APDC-CHCl3 extraction method,direct analysis method and standard additon method used in analyzing the health food,the standard addition method is adopted to determine Se(Ⅳ)in the health food.The total concentration of Selenium was determined after digesting the sample in HNO3-HClO4-H2SO4 mixture and the concentration of Selenium in different valences in the sample can then obtained by difference calculation.
