多胎妊娠早期经阴道B超引导行选择性胚胎减灭术8例临床分析

摘要 目的研究多胎妊娠经阴道B超引导行选择性胚胎减灭术(减胎术)的效果。方法对通过辅助生殖技术助孕而发生多胎妊娠的8例患者,经阴道B超引导进行选择性减胎术,观察妊娠结局。结果8例患者中7例减为双胎,1例减为单胎。无一例感染及早期胚胎丢失,减胎成功率达100%,1例在妊娠18周发生胎膜早破流产,减胎术的流产率为12.5%。结论经阴道B超引导行选择性减胎术,其方法简单,成功率较高,并发症少,在临床上有较高的应用价值。
