摘要
分析了经济管理类高校实验室建设与管理工作中存在的问题;按照优化结构、资源重组的原则,提出了实验室建设和优化的构想;深入探讨了建立全新高效的实验室体系和规范化管理模式。
This paper analyzed the problems existing in the management of laboratories in business colleges. The paper proposed doing a formal needs analysis of all the user groups so that the labs can be professionally designed in such a way that they can meet the requirements of all the users, and thus increase the efficient utilization of fewer labs.
