异位妊娠保守治疗及影响因素分析 被引量：3

摘要 目的:探讨影响异位妊娠保守治疗成功率的因素。方法:2000年1月至2004年12月5年间对符合条件且自愿保守治疗的异位妊娠患者共84例,采用两种方法治疗,并探讨成功率与年龄、停经天数、血β-HCG值、包块最大径线、病灶部位的关系。结果:成功率与治疗方法、血β-HCG值、包块最大径线、病灶部位有关,与年龄和停经天数无关。结论:异位妊娠保守治疗应严格掌握指征,提高治疗的成功率。
