摘要
本文在刚察县城（海拔３３００ｍ）采用复方天棘胶囊对１２９例高原红细胞增多症和３１０例高原健康人进行了观察。结果表明在服药２０天及４０天后高原红细胞增多症患者在食欲、睡眠、精神、体力等项指标均获得较满意疗效，总有效率分别为８７％、８３％、８９％、８８％。高原健康人上述指标也有明显改善分别为８９％、８３％、７９％、８３％。从以上结果显示复方天棘胶囊有增进食欲、改善睡眠、增强体力、提高记忆力等作用，对预防高原反应，防治高原疾病，延缓机体衰老及保健康复等有着十分重要的意义。
e observed 129 patients with high altitude polycythemia(HAPC)and 310 cases healthly per-sons taking orally TianJi capsule after 20 days and 40 days. The drug have a good curative effect onthe patients with anorexia,hyposomnia asohenia,hypomnesia,sleep bad asthenia,palpitation,and hy-povertilation Effective rate was 87%, 83%,89%,88%.The drug have same effect on healthy per-sons. Taking the drug not only may prevent and cure HAPC but also prolong life.
