高压直流输电线路保护动作分析及校验方法 被引量:27

摘要 为提高现场工作人员对直流输电线路保护动作情况判断和分析能力,以天广直流输电工程直流线路保护的实际应用为例,深入分析德国西门子公司基于SIMADYN D装置的直流线路保护的原理和软件逻辑流程,研究高压直流输电线路保护动作后的分析策略,指出必须把保护信息、故障录波和软件的内部逻辑流程相结合,才能对直流线路保护的动作情况做出正确分析。此外还建议改造现有故障录波系统的软硬件配置以加强录波能力;并提出高压直流线路保护无需进行定值校验。 To improve the judgment and the analysis skills of the onsite maintenance personnel, this paper studies the analysis strategy upon the protection action of HVDC transmission line through deeply analyzing the protection theory and the software logic process, and thus comes to the conclusion that all of the protection information, the transient fault recording waveforms and the software logic process should be used to investigate the protection tripping action when a ground fault occurred in the HVDC line. The HVDC line protection is designed by Siemens Company. It is based on the device of SIMADYN D that has been applied in the Tian-Guang HVDC proiect. Moreover, this paper also makes the reasonable update suggestions for both the software and hardware configuration of the Transient Fault Recording System to enhance the transient fault recording function and makes the decision that there is no need to verify the setting valve of the DC line protection.
