摘要
近年来,航空复合材料技术发展迅速。为满足航空业对高性能低成本制备工艺技术和减重方面的高要求,先进复合材料以其比重小、比强度比模量高、耐高温性能好、耐疲劳性能优越等独特优点获得广泛应用,并具有极大的发展潜力。本文从材料、制备工艺技术、国内外发展形势等角度对航空用复合材料的研究及应用进展进行了全面系统的回顾与总结,并对今后的发展和研究方向作了探讨,供我国在该领域的研究和应用参考。
The technology for the aeronautical composite materials has been developed rapidly in recent years. To meet the high criteria of the manufacturing process technology for high performance, low cost and weight reduction requirements, advanced composite materials have attracted extensive attention and show potential applications because of their excellent characteristics, such as low specific weight, high specific strength and specific modulus, good high temperature resistance, good fatigue resistance and so on. Recent research and application of the composite materials in the aeronautical engineering are reviewed comprehensively in this article from the different aspects of their constituent material, manufacturing process technology, domestic and overseas developments. Some future trends are also addressed in the paper, which can provide the reference to the future study in this field.
