摘要
文章着重探讨了如何加强水文化研究,实现水文化建设与思想政治工作有机结合,提高水利行业的精神文明建设水平和水利行业职工的综合素质,进一步促进水利事业的发展。
The paper focus on some aspects such as how to strengthen the water cultural research, carry out the combination of water-cultural construction and ideology and politics organically, improve the spiritual civilization consruction of water industry and comprehensive quality of workers, so as to promote development of the cause of water.
