摘要
目的探讨乳腺癌组织中骨桥蛋白(OPN)、骨连接蛋白(ON)的表达及其临床病理意义。方法采用免疫组织化学SP法检测61例浸润性乳腺癌OPN、ON的表达,并与临床病理特征及钼靶X线征象进行对比分析。结果本组乳腺癌组织中OPN和ON的阳性高表达率分别为72.13%和77.05%,均明显高于乳腺良性肿瘤(44.83%和37.93%,P<0.05)。钼靶X线发现微钙化的钙化组乳腺癌病例中OPN、ON高表达率分别为87.50%和91.67%,明显高于无钙化组(62.16%和67.57%,P<0.05)。(P>0.05)。结论OPN、ON在乳腺癌组织中高表达,OPN、ON高表达与钼靶X线微钙化征象密切相关,但与各临床病理特征及X线片中毛刺征无相关性。
Objective To investigate the expressions clinicopathologic significance in breast carcinoma. of osteopontin (OPN) and osteonectin (ON) and their Methods Immunohistochemical method was used to examine the expression of OPN and ON in 61 cases invasive breast carcinoma The relationships of OPN and ON expression with clinicpathologic and mammographic features were analyzed. Results The high positive expression rates of OPN and ON expression in 61cases breast carcinoma were 72. 13~ and 77. 115~ respectively, which were significantly higher than that in benign breast tumors (P〈0. 05). The high positive expression of OPN and ON in cases with microcalcification in mammography was significantly higher than that in the cases without microcalcification (P〈0. 05). No statistical relationship was found between the expressions of OPN and ON in breast carcinoma with the ages of patients, pathologic types, differentiation, lymph node metastasis as well as spicule .signs in mammography. Conclusion The expression of OPN and ON is higher in breast carcinoma, which is significantly related with microcalcification, but not with other clinic pathologic features.
