摘要
在一种多级链状供应链中,制造商的订单分解为多个子订单,由于供应商实施柔性能力战略,订单到达率和服务率都是柔性的参数,并且每一个供应商订单处理系统都有一定的容量,如果前面的供应商不能满足需求,那么就会按照顺序在供应链中流转,一直到最后一个供应商为止。这样就可以采用模糊隶属度的方法来确定到达率和服务率,采用排队模型对制造商的订货提前期进行了测度。在制造商具有一定的消耗速率时就很容易确定制造商的安全库存量。
In a kind of multi-echelon supply chain, manufacturer's order can be decomposed to several sub-order. As suppliers implement strategy of flexile ability, their order arrival rate and service rate are all flexible parameter. And there are a capacity of every supplier ordering process system. If anterior supplier can't satisfy the needs, they will move to other suppliers, till the last supplier according to the sequence. Then we can adapt the method of fuzzy subjection to make certain arrival rate and service rate and use queue mode to measure manufacture's ordering lead time. when manufacturer has a definite consuming rate, we can easily make sure manufacturer's safety stock.
