摘要
旨在提高工艺知识获取的效率与质量,文章引入了基于“集族”概念的工艺表示方法,在此基础上,提出了基于“最小工序链”的零件及工艺分类方法,以及工艺知识挖掘技术,阐述了工艺知识的组织和检索,介绍了工艺知识挖掘系统的功能与实现。实践证明,应用该技术获取的知识系统性强、一致性好、使用便捷。
To improve efficiency and quality of process planning knowledge obtaining, method of process expression based on "set group" is introduced. On the basis of part feature set group and process set group, methods of parts categorization using "minimal working step chain" and knowledge bidirectional mining are put forward. Organization and retrieval of knowledge are described, Function and realization of prototype system are introduced. It was proved by tryout that process planning knowledge from mining has good performance in systematization, consistency and usability.
