介绍了FANUC 0 i-mate TC系统在曲轴油孔深孔钻削机床中的应用。着重分析了机床工作原理,控制系统电气硬件设计方案,系统参数调试,特殊辅助功能PMC开发过程,给出了加工程序实例,该机床经一年多使用,系统可靠,加工零件精度高,功能强,效率高,提高了企业生产效率和质量。
the application of FANUC Oi-mate TC in the development of drill press for deep oil hole in crankshaft is introduced. Based on the analysis of the process principle, the hardware design of the control unit, debugging of the unit parameters and the development of the auxiliary function, PMC, were described in detail. In the end, a factual machining program is given. With machining works more than one-year, the high reliability, accuracy, efficiency and powerful function is verified.
