摘要
针对目前中国高等教育发展中遇到的如何建设高水平大学,现代大学如何进行管理及学校定位等问题,采用分析论述的方法对中国高等教育可持续发展中的诸问题进行论述。提出了只有拥有与时俱进的、鲜明特色的办学理念,以人为本的理念和科学的内外部管理模式才能适应科教兴国和人才强国战略的实施,适应高等教育的发展趋势和经济社会的发展要求,实现中国高等教育的可持续发展。
This article mainly argues many problems on the sustainable development of China＇s higher education by analysis and discussion,aiming at the issues of China＇s higher education development such as how to construct high-level university, how to supervise modern university, and how to orient the university. Thus only updated, characteristic and talent - first conceptions of school - running and scientific inner and outer management mode can be in line with the implementation of the strategy that science and education can proper our country and talents can strengthen the nation, which makes it possible for the universities to keep up with the expanding trend of higher education and achieve the sustainable development of China＇s higher education.
