摘要
目前,考试仍是一种最为重要的评估教师教学、检测学生学习状况的手段。然而,作弊行为的大量存在不但降低了这种评估检测的准确性和公正性,而且对学生良好品德的培养形成也产生了不良影响。监督控制考生的作弊行为成为当前教育管理工作的重要任务。笔者从经济博弈的角度分析了考试作弊行为,通过对模型的建立和推导得出一个混合策略纳什均衡,并通过对策略空间(即考生作弊空间和监考教师监考有力空间)的分析,提出一些控制和减少这种行为的合理建议。文中的博弈模型可以看作是对各种监管问题简单的理论抽象,对很多涉及监管的经济问题具有一定的借鉴作用。
Recently, examination is still recognized as an important means to evaluate the level of teaching and learning. However, there are massive cheating behaviors on various kinds of examinations. This will not only reduce the accuracy and justice of the examinations, but also exert a negative influence on the cultivation of the students＇ moral standard. It is thought to be one of the main tasks of the educational management that how to supervise and control the students＇ cheating behaviors. This paper has analyzed the cheating behaviors from game theory. After studying the model we set up, we find a mixed strategies Nash Equilibrium. We put forward some reasonable suggestions by analyzing the space of the cheating and invigilating space in the model. The game theory model in this paper can be used to analyze the abstract of various kinds of supervising problems and can provide us some useful insights.
