摘要
本试验选用不同类型细胞缺陷小鼠,分成6个试验组,前3组为CBA/N与BALB/c小鼠交配所生仔一代,为B细胞免疫功能缺陷小鼠及其相应的对照小鼠,后3组为615B_6/PB_1与C_(57)BL/6交配所生之仔鼠,系T淋巴细胞免疫功能缺陷与T和NK细胞联合免疫功能缺陷小鼠及其对照小鼠。以上各组小鼠分别以1亿菌体布鲁氏菌活菌苗注射腹腔,于注射后一定间隔检测抗体效价并取有关脏器做细菌培养;B细胞功能缺陷小鼠抗体效价为1:80~1:160,对照小鼠为1:160~1:640,T细胞和T、NK细胞功能缺陷小鼠抗体效价为1:4~1:80,对照小鼠为1:128~1:640,45天时心血培养虽为阴性而脾脏仍有细菌生长。脾重的增减与抗体效价有一定关系与活菌数不成平行关系。该小鼠为菌苗免疫机理的探讨提供了模型。
In this report different spicies of mice are divided into 6 groups including B cell deficientmice of Fl from CBA / N and BALB / C parent animals. T cell or T NK cells deficient mice descendents from 615B6/PBI and C57BL/6 parents, and their control groups. Each mouse is intraperitoneally injected with 108 Brucella suspension. Antibody titer is determined at regular intervals and organs and tissues extracted were cultured for Brucella. The antibody titer of immunodeficient mice are 4-8 times lower than that of normal mice. On the 45th day, culture of the heart blood is negative and that of spleen is positive. The increase or decrease of the spleen weight is relative to antibody titer, but not parallel to the number of live Brucella bacteria, so such mice can be used as a model for the study of immunity mechnism of bacterial vaccine.
