摘要
本实验对克汀病模型大鼠软骨的生长和代谢进行了观察。作为软骨发育标志的碱性磷酸酶在低碘组显著低于加碘组(P<0.02),提示克汀病大鼠软骨发育迟缓。实验表明,碱性磷酸酶的降低与甲低状态密切相关,是软骨发育障碍的根源。本实验未能提示出骨的钙化有何变化,血清钙磷测定结果未发现两组间有差异。
An observation was conducted on the chondral development and metabolism of critinist rats. The concerntration of alkaline phophatase(AKP), which was considered to be an index to chondral development, was significantly less (P<0.02) in the low iodine group than in the iodine supplement group, indicating that cretinist rats were suffering from chondrodysplasia. Further experiments showed that the decrease of AKP content, which was closely related with low thyoid hormone, was the cause of chondrodysplasia. No changes in the calcification of the bone was found and no difference was found between the the low iodine group and the normal control in serum calcium and phosphorus contents.
