摘要
目的:探讨不同炮制方法的紫菀饮片的祛痰作用。方法:考察了紫菀生品及酒洗、蜜炙、清炒、蒸制、醋炙等不同炮制方法的饮片对小鼠气管酚红排泌量的影响和对大鼠气管排痰量的影响。结果:6种不同炮制方法的紫菀饮片均能增加小鼠气管酚红排泌量,增加大鼠气管排痰量,且蜜炙饮片作用最明显,呈一定的量效关系。结论:不同炮制方法的紫菀饮片均有一定的祛痰作用,且以蜜炙饮片为佳。
Objective: To study the effect of resolving phlegm of different prepared products of Radix Asteris. Method: Resolving phlegm effects of the different stlr-baked slices were evaluated by the excretion of phenol red in mice and the amount of expectoration drainage in rats. Result: The six different stir-baked slices all showed expectorant effect. Conclusion: The stir-baked slices with honey were the most effective among all sorts of prepared slices, and showed the dosage-effect relation to a certain extent.
