摘要
目的初步研究宫颈癌中AIB1蛋白的表达情况。方法应用免疫组化SP法检测10例正常宫颈组织、18例宫颈癌中AIB1蛋白的表达情况。结果AIB1在宫颈癌中的阳性表达率为27.8%。随着肿瘤分化程度的逐渐降低,AIB1蛋白的表达水平有不断增高的趋势。AIB1的阳性表达与宫颈癌的淋巴结转移有相关性。结论AIB1基因的过表达可能与宫颈癌的发生发展有关。
Objective To investigate the expression of amplified in breast cancer 1 （AIB1） protein in cervical cancer. Methods The expression levels of AIB1 protein in 10 normal cervical tissues and 18 cervical cancer tissues were examined by immunohistochemical method SP. Results The positive expression rate of AIB1 in cervical cancer was 27.8% with the tendency of elevation as the differentiation of the cancer degraded. AIB1 expression was correlated with lymph node metastasis. Conclusion The overexpression of AIB1 may play a role in the carcinogenesis and development of cervical cancer.
