摘要
研究了影响CoPt/C颗粒膜的矫顽力大小的CoPt的成分、C的含量、合适的热处理条件和膜厚等因素.发现Co原子浓度在25%~57%之间均可以得到大矫顽力;适量的C能最大程度的提高膜的矫顽力;退火温度在650℃~700℃时足够使颗粒完成由软磁相向硬磁相的转变;矫顽力在一定范围内随膜厚的减少而增加.
The effects of the CoPt composition,the content of C,proper heat treating and the film thickness on the coercivity of the CoPt/C nanogranular film have been described. Large coercivity can be obtained when Co concentration is in the range of 25- 57 at% ;Proper C content can extremely improve the coercivity;Treating temperature between 650℃~700℃ is enough to complete the transformation from soft magnetism to hard magnetism;The coereivity increases with the decrease of the film thickness.
