摘要
本文报告了绵羊副睾种布鲁氏菌的分离培养,作者推荐选择性培养基Ⅱ,即在改良赫金格尔琼脂(含有10％溶血的马或牛血清)和10％的马血清胰琼脂中,分别加入最终浓度为多粘菌素6u/ml,万古霉素5μg/ml,呋喃旦喧钠10μg/ml,二性霉素1.0μm/ml。此培养基可作为Br.ovis及其它多种布鲁氏菌的分离培养基。
This paper deals with the isolation of Brucella ovis. The authors recommend here the selective media, which were prepared by adding separately into the modified Hottinger's agar and 10% equine serum tryptose agar polymyxin to a final concentration of 6u/ml, vancomycin 5μg/ ml, nitrofurantoin l0μg/ml and amphotericin 1.0μ /ml. The 2 media were suitable for the isolation of Br. ovis and other Brucella spp.
