摘要
鼠疫抗体放免测定盒为我所首先试制成功,已在吉林省和全国使用了5年,共检测各种疫源动物血清30余万份。经实验观察和各地的使用反映证明,其性能稳定,敏感性及特异性均显著优于目前通用的鼠疫间接血凝试验。使用该测定盒能及早获得鼠疫动物病流行的信息,从而提高鼠疫监测水平。
A radioimmune kit for plague antibody detection was successfully manufactured in our institute. It has been used nationwide for 5 years and more than 300000 animal sera were examined. Facts have proved that the kit is better than IHA in stability, sensitivity and specificity and, it is helpful for plague surveillance.
