<正> 东昆仑阿其克库勒湖地区泥盆系为新疆地质局区调一队赵子允等(1982)在阿其克库勒湖地区1/100万区调报告中首次报导。1980年出版的青藏高原地质图(1∶150万)将其划为下石炭统。
The Devonian strata in the Aggikkol lake region of the East K.unhin Mts.was first put on record by Zhao Ziyun et al-(1982).A series of carbonate rocks about 4000m thick hearing Tabulata fossils Fatosites and Squ-amcofavosites exposed to the south of the Aqqikkol lake was considered to be Middle Devonian series and was named the Bulakebashi Group in their report of the regional geolo-logical survey.In this paper the Bulakebashi Group is divided into three parts; Middle-Upper Devonian (unnamed).Lower Middle Devonian (unnamed) and Kalachuka Formation of Lower Devonian (new name).The Kalachuka formation, 185 m in thickness, is composed of grey-black bioli-thite, siliceous limestone, marlite intercalated with grey shale, sandstone and siltstone and may be fur^ ther subdivided into three members.
