摘要
研究了水化温度、水化时间、悬浮液浓度和水化介质配比对氢氧化镁颗粒尺寸的影响。结果表明,有添加剂存在时,氢氧化镁颗粒尺寸随着水化温度的提高先增加后降低然后又有明显增加,水化温度为70℃时得到的产物颗粒最为细小;水化2h,产物粒径最小;改变悬浮液浓度和水化介质配比,对生成的氢氧化镁颗粒尺寸影响不大。
The influence of hydration temperature, hydration time, magnesia suspension concentration and the proportion of hydrating medium to the particle size of magnesium hydroxide was studied. The experiment results indicate that when additives is added, the grain size of magnesium hydroxide enlarges firstly and reduces then and enlarges finally with the increase of temperature. 70℃ is the best temperature. Magnesia invertes to magnesium hydroxide basically at 2h, the particle size is the least. When magnesia suspension concentration and the proportion of hydrating medium are altered, the particle size of magnesium hydroxide hasn't changed obviously.
