构建高校和谐校园是构建社会主义和谐社会的重要组成部分,也是高校全面、协调、健康、持续发展的必然要求。高校和谐校园是民主法治、公平正义、诚信友爱、充满活力、安定有序、人与自然和谐相处的校园。构建高校和谐校园,要以科学发展观为指导,领导带头、率先垂范,人际关系和谐,依法治校、民主治校,建设和谐的校园文化,维护校园稳定,努力完善构建和谐校园的长效机制。
It is an important part of making a harmonious socialist society to make a harmonious university campus. It is also a requirement of a university＇s all round, cooperating, healthy and sustainable development. A harmonious university campus is full of democracy and law, fairness and justice, honesty and love, vitality and order, human and nature. To make a harmonious university campus, the idea of scientific development should be the guide, the leaders are the models, the human relationships are harmonious, the campus is administered by law and democracy, the campus culture is set up harmoniously and steadily, and the long- term system of making a harmonious university campus should be improved.
