摘要
目的:观察健胃愈疡颗粒(JWYY)对愈合和复发胃溃疡大鼠胃黏膜炎症反应及核因子-κB(NF-κB)蛋白及mRNA表达的影响。方法:采用改良Okabe醋酸涂抹法复制大鼠胃溃疡模型,腹腔注射IL-1β致溃疡复发,观察愈合和复发胃溃疡的病理组织学改变,测定再生黏膜炎症细胞密度及NF-κB蛋白及mRNA的表达。结果:JWYY能改善溃疡愈合质量,显著降低溃疡复发率、减低再生黏膜炎症细胞密度,抑制NF-κB蛋白及mRNA的活化和表达量。结论:JWYY可能通过抑制NF-κB的活化减轻炎症反应发挥其促溃疡愈合及抗溃疡复发的活性。
Objective： To observe the effects of Jianwei Yuyang granule （ JWYY ） on inflammatory reaction and NF-κB expression in rat gastric mucosa of ulcer healing and recurrence. Method： Gastric ulcer was induced in rat by acetic acid according Okeba＇s method with some modification and the recurrence model was induced by IL-1β Pathohistology of ulcer healing and recurrence was observed. Density of inflammatory cell infiltrating regenerative mucosa, NF-κB protein and mRNA expression were measured. Result： JWYY had effects on improving the quality of ulcer healing, reducing the rate of ulcer recurrence, decreasing the density of inflammatory cell infiltrating regenerative mucosa and suppressing the activation and expression quantity of NF-κB protein and mRNA. Conclusion： JWYY may promote the ulcer healing and prevent the recurrence of the gastric ulcer by suppressing the activation of NF-κB and the following inflammatory reaction.
