摘要
20世纪80年代中期以来,国内学术界对默顿的博士论文进行了一些评介研究。虽取得了一些成果,但也存在诸多不足之处:其一,对默顿的博士论文中的基本研究方法的确立的忽视;其二,对职业兴趣的汇聚与转移理论重视不够;其三,对默顿命题的争论存在着误区。
Since the mid - 80＇ s of 20th century, the academic circles in China has begun to discuss and introduced Merton＇ s doctoral dissertation. That has yielded some results, but also has some shortcomings. First, the establishment of fundamental research method has been neglected. Second, there is lack of emphasis on the theory of the assembling and transformation of job interest, Third,the academic circle in China also have an erroneous understanding on the argument of Merton proposition.
